What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, party size and any message you include. We use these only to reply to your request and manage your stay.

Payments

Stripe processes deposit payments on its secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the data it processes.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie, which keeps the booking form secure while you fill it in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us on +353 66 976 9666 or at info@kerryoceanlodge.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Deposits and cancellations

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit. You pay the balance on arrival. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
